However, I found myself struggling to clear my mind in the gym. That’s when I discovered Pilates—a practice that slowed my overactive mind, flooded me with endorphins, and gave me exactly what I was looking for in a workout. It was truly transformative.
I was introduced to Reformer Pilates while living in New Zealand and haven’t looked back since. When I decided to build my dream studio back in the UK, I struggled to source premium Pilates equipment that was not only functional but also aligned with both my aesthetic and vision for the space that i wanted to create.
Wellness and movement have always been at the core of my life, and my growing passion for Pilates came at the perfect moment, inspiring me to embark on a new venture that empowers others to create beautiful spaces that inspire and uplift. ”
